Patrick Ménard, General Manager and Vice President of Sales, leads e-Liberty's development in North America and supports resorts in their commercial and digital transformation. The Canadian subsidiary leverages a comprehensive e-commerce platform that integrates a revenue governance system, enabling resorts to better manage their sales and customer relationships. Several leading resorts already trust us, including Mont Grand-Fonds, Mont Lac-Vert, Le Massif du Sud, Mont Édouard, and Bromont, montagne d’Expériences, marking the first steps in e-Liberty's deployment in North America.

Our North American Team
Thomas Gagnon, Customer Success Manager, supports customers in the deployment and use of the e-Liberty platform in North America. Alongside the general management and sales development team, the North American team has been strengthened with the arrival of a Vice President of Strategy and Operations and the development of the customer success function, and now relies on several collaborators specializing in product, technology, revenue governance systems and POS integrations.
